Induction programmes for all staff regardless of position and ongoing training typically includes training in the following areas:
- Health and safety training and procedures
- Quality programmes and policies
- Human Resource issues including, but not limited to, discrimination, corruption and data security
- Company profile/policies
- Customer service, sales, operations, service delivery, insurance etc.
- Environmental awareness
All employees are encouraged to further their careers and development through recognised qualifications. For example, there are employees studying for qualifications in areas as diverse as finance, global mobility, business administration, sales management, health and safety, customer service and real estate. Santa Fe Group also runs exchange programmes allowing employees from across the region to experience working in another country.
