How secure are your facilities?

We are an ISO accredited company. This accreditation requires that our storage facilities can protect your belongings against flooding and fires.
Unlike a self storage service, nobody else will have access to your goods apart from our staff. So there is no access to units directly from the general public.

Are there any restricted items?

Objects such as weapons and illegal materials are not accepted. No flammable liquids or gas tanks are permitted either.

How do I pay my bill?

We provide several options for you to pay your bill. When your booking is confirmed, our staff will provide you with a direct debit authority. Filling in and returning this debit authority ensures your account is always up to date.

When can I get my things into storage?

Once you have made a booking with us, one of our friendly staff will call you to discuss your options. You can either drop off your items to us or we can arrange to pick your items up (at a fee).
This will all be explained when you make your booking with us.

What happens if my address changes?

It is your responsibility to keep your personal details up to date with us. These details include your address and your contact details. You can send us an email or phone us to update these details.

How should I pack my things for storage?

We have a specially trained team for packing your goods if you choose that service. If you choose to pack your goods yourself, be sure to use the correct packing materials to ensure they are protected.

How do I move in my items?

After you’ve made your booking with us, one of our friendly staff members will explain your options. You can choose to pack or drop off all items yourself. There’s also a zero touch option, where we pack and place everything into storage for you.

How long can I store my goods?

There is no maximum length of time for storing your goods with us. As long as your account is up to date, you can store your items for as long as you like.

Are my goods covered by insurance?

WridgWays offers a range of insurance protection at very competitive rates. The cost of insurance is based on the amount of items you store.
